So Cow Endorsed By Official Music Standards Authority

DSC00289

If indie rock was a stock market, I’d have had steak for lunch instead of bean soup after the So Cow LP got reviewed on Pitchfork today.

7.7 but probably more of an 8.3 if you judge from the tone of what was written

I imagine Hi-Fi Popcorn is experiencing a surge at the moment as well after having its still-the-best So Cow interview referenced (even if the patrón himself has moved on to other modes of expression).

So Cow 2009, ladies and gentlemen. Continuing to sleep on this would be a capital crime. Get thee to a record store (or click So Cow in the Tags Cloud in the sidebar to read more)

  1. Brace for hipsters.

  2. hipsters never comment. unless its on vice. they’ll lurk around alright, and languidly click a few tags.

I was delighted to read that review about Brian, and it shows his hard work really paid off in the states. Love it, or hate it, you can’t beat that site for exposure.
